Identified appropriate keywords relevant to the app through comprehensive localized App Store SEO research and analytics assessment. See Appendix A.
Using proprietary SDK data we’re identifying users who have third party diabetes and blood sugar apps. Once that total pool is developed it is run through a model that further segments the users based on their likelihood to rate and rank apps based on historical behavior (inclusive of all mobile app behavior).
Launching targeted campaign towards customers fitting both diabetes and App responsiveness scoring utilizing Switch Health data + exclusive data partnerships. Research phase isolated ideal target segment of qualified audience consisting of 234,873 users in AU and 731,881 users in HK.
By measuring the respective in-App campaigns and their precise impact on given ratings and reviews we will further refine our target pool and enact a lookalike modelling protocol if required.
At time of launch the blended ASO score for the AU market is only 37/100. The Apps are only ranking for 45% of the keywords and are using less than half of the available showcase images allowed by the respective App stores.

Evaluation of objectives and launch of consumer facing portion of pilot
Packaging up and sharing technicals of preliminary creatives for each market. Launching in-market activity once approved.
1) Target of 1+ full Star improvement across iOS and Android App Stores for Contour App in Hong Kong and Australian Market by end of pilot. 2)Improvement in App Ranking of at least 20%. 3) Combat competitive conquesting.
We will maintain in market activity for 45-60 days and pilot will be evaluated by Sept 30th, 2020.
